Every job moves through simple stages so you always know where it stands:
- Draft - started or waiting to be scheduled, not finalized yet
- Scheduled - on the calendar
- In progress - being worked
- Completed - work done, with its full record (photos, notes) saved
- Closed - wrapped up and closed out
- Cancelled - called off (the app also sets this when a recurring plan is cancelled or paused)
Your dashboard shows your open jobs (Draft, Scheduled, In progress). To see Completed, Closed, or Cancelled jobs, open the Jobs list or the customer's page. The whole history stays on the customer.
