Every job moves through simple stages so you always know where it stands:
- Draft - started, not finalized yet
- Pending - waiting to be scheduled
- Scheduled - on the calendar
- In progress - being worked
- Completed - done, with its full record (photos, notes) saved
You see every job's stage at a glance on your dashboard, and the whole history stays on the customer.
