On the free app, everyone working off a shared setup sees the same things, ToolBerry can't fully enforce who sees what, because on your own device you control everything.
Real roles and permissions, where the office can edit pricing but the field crew can't, or gate codes and financials are hidden from certain people, are a ToolBerry Pro feature. Pro gives each person their own login and enforces those rules on the server.
