It handles your jobs, schedule, customers, and work orders, and it works fully offline because your data lives right on your device. Made by DandCode LLC in San Diego.

The core app is free forever for solo operators and small crews, jobs, scheduling, customers, work orders, photos, quotes and invoices, with no seat limits. No trial clock, no credit card. For growing teams there's a paid tier, ToolBerry Pro, but the basics are never locked behind it.

If you're solo or a small crew, free probably covers you. You're ready for Pro when you've added a second crew, when two people edited the same job and you lost a change, when you need to control who sees what, or when retraining seasonal staff eats your spring.

Your data is stored in a real database right on your device, so every feature works with airplane mode on. Nothing leaves your device unless you turn on a backup or sync option yourself.

On your device. There's no cloud copy unless you enable one, so your data is truly yours, and it's on you to back it up.

No. The app has no ad trackers and no third-party analytics, no cookies or user profiles, and DandCode doesn't run servers that store or sell your business data. The only thing collected is anonymous usage data to fix bugs. (The marketing website uses normal web analytics, like most sites.)

They're mature, strong platforms, Jobber on invoicing, payments, and its app marketplace; Housecall on online booking, reviews, and marketing. Where ToolBerry is built differently: it's free to start, works truly offline, is multilingual across the whole app (not just the field view), and Pro is priced per business instead of per seat. If you need the heavier features and don't mind paying, one of those may fit better, and we'll say so rather than oversell.
