Version 0.165.4

What's new

  • More reliable Dropbox backup & sync — connecting and syncing now retry through temporary network issues instead of failing, and a transient hiccup no longer makes the app report your existing data as missing.
  • Redesigned Manage Layout screen — dashboard cards are now split into clear "On your dashboard" and "Available" groups, each with an at-a-glance count.
  • Invoice and proposal line items now stay visible on mobile, so they're always easy to find and add.

Improvements & fixes

  • Smoother step-by-step job wizard — progress now sits on its own row above the buttons as a clearer segmented bar, and steps with no fields no longer appear as blank slides.
  • Fixed the Site field (and similar reference pickers) swallowing your typing when opening a form on mobile — tapping the field now opens its picker as expected.
  • Removed the redundant Wizard entry from the form "Switch Mode" menu (the wizard still has its own toggle).

Version 0.146.2

"Work Orders" are now "Jobs" — We've renamed Work Orders to Jobs everywhere in the app to better match how you talk about your work.

New ways to create

  • Add Expenses, Timesheets, Proposals, and Invoices right from the "New" menu and from global search.

Proposals & Invoices

  • Link a proposal to an invoice and bring its customer, contact, and line items along automatically.
  • New payment terms with automatic due-date calculation.
  • The Stage field is hidden while creating, so a record can't be marked "Sent" before it exists.
  • Invoices and proposals with a zero total can no longer be sent by mistake.

Tips

  • Tip notifications now open the full tip, where you can give a thumbs up/down or tap "Remind me later."

Job & Service tasks

  • Edit task targeting and rename task templates, with fixes for saving nested fields and exporting custom fields to CSV.
