LMN's pricing page has no free plan and no trial on it. Every button is Book a Demo. With ToolBerry you download the app, add a property, and run a real visit the same day. Nobody has to sit through a call to find out whether the thing works on their own job sites.
Granum's terms auto-renew for up to a year, ask for 60 days of written notice before you can leave, make fees non-refundable, and have you agree up front to a yearly increase of as much as 5%. ToolBerry has no long-term contract and no lock-in, and you can export your data whenever you want.
Maintenance is the same properties over and over, then it stops for the winter. ToolBerry handles recurring service agreements across multiple properties, every week or every other week, and you can pause an agreement so the visits you have not started come off the calendar until the season comes back.
Credit where it is due, and this is a real list. LMN's budget-based estimating is the best-known thing in this industry for a reason: it makes you price off your actual overhead and production rates instead of a gut feel, and the estimate then feeds the job, the time, and the job costing as one loop. Greenius adds crew training in English and Spanish, which nobody else in field service bundles. They have been doing this since 2009 with more than 3,000 contractors. If budget-based estimating is the problem you are trying to solve, LMN solves it well and you should look at them seriously.
The ToolBerry app is free. No card, no trial clock, and it is the full app rather than a demo. It runs on your own device, so it is one person's app. ToolBerry Pro is the paid upgrade that puts a crew on one shared workspace, priced per company, so hiring does not raise the bill.
LMN publishes its prices, which we respect, and a lot of this industry does not. Starter is $297 a month for companies under 10 employees and includes 1 office or crew lead license plus 5 crew member licenses. Professional is $648 a month for 10 and up, with 3 plus 15. Enterprise is contact sales and starts at 100 users. All three sit on top of a one-time onboarding fee, and the amount is not published. There is no free plan and no trial listed (granum.com/lmn/pricing, read September 2026). Note that other sites still show Professional at $598, which is last year's price.
