Pricing
Is the free app changing?
No. The free offline app is not changing, no features are moving behind Pro. Pro adds the cloud layer on top: sync, team accounts, backup, and web access, which need servers we run.
Why isn't pricing on the site?
Because we price by crew size and needs rather than a one-size tier. Tell us about your business and you'll get a concrete quote, usually within one business day, no sales marathon.
Which features are actually Pro-only?
Fewer than people expect. Jobs, scheduling, the dispatch planner, the route map, tools and equipment, rentals, agreements, proposals, invoices and the report cards you build yourself all work in the free app, on your device. Pro adds the account: realtime sync, team workspaces, roles and permissions, audit logs, cloud backup, unlimited file storage, web access, card payments and dedicated support.
Setup
We already use the free app. Do we start over?
No. Upgrading connects the app you already use, your jobs, customers, and history come with you, and your crew keeps the exact same app they know.
How long does setup take?
Most crews are synced the same day. Pilot partners get white-glove onboarding: we set up your accounts, migrate your data, and train the crew.
Offline & data
Does Pro still work offline?
Completely. The offline-first core is the same, Pro syncs when there's signal and queues when there isn't. A dead zone never stops a job.
Who owns the data once it's in the cloud?
You do, same as before. The cloud copy is a synced backup of your company's data, export it at any time, and if you ever leave, it leaves with you.
