ToolBerry Pro Satisfaction Guarantee

1. The guarantee
If ToolBerry Pro isn't right for you, we'll not only refund you — we'll cover the cost of migrating your data to a field-service platform of your choice, up to the value of your contract.
2. Refund
If you notify us within the first 90 days of your pilot that you are not satisfied, we will refund all subscription fees paid under your pilot agreement, in full.
3. Migration-cost coverage
In addition to the refund, we will reimburse documented, third-party costs of migrating your data from ToolBerry Pro to another field-service platform of your choice, up to a cap equal to the total value of your pilot contract. Reimbursement is made against invoices for the migration work.
4. Conditions
The guarantee applies to good-faith use during the pilot: your team activated accounts, used ToolBerry Pro for real work, and engaged with onboarding. It covers each business once, within the first 90 days of the pilot term.
5. How to claim
Email us stating you are invoking the guarantee. We confirm eligibility, process the refund, and — for migration coverage — reimburse against submitted invoices. We aim to complete claims within 10 business days of receiving complete documentation.
6. Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable law.
