1. Scope
This policy covers ToolBerry Pro (the server-backed team tier). The free app stores data on your device only; its privacy story is on the main ToolBerry privacy page.
2. What we store
To provide sync, backup, storage, and audit logs, Pro stores your workspace data on our servers: jobs, customers, files, and account information for your team members.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your data, mine it for advertising, or use your business records for anything other than operating the service and supporting you.
4. Subprocessors
We run on established cloud infrastructure providers under data-processing agreements. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
5. Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while your subscription is active. After termination, server copies are deleted following a wind-down window; you can request earlier deletion after exporting.
6. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, and delete your data. Team members’ personal information (name, email, activity records) is processed on behalf of your business as the workspace owner.
