ToolBerry Pro Pilot Partner Agreement (Summary)

1. The program

ToolBerry Pro is onboarding up to 10 pilot partners. Pilots receive the Pro product as it exists today plus capabilities that roll out during the pilot, with direct influence over the roadmap.

2. What you receive

Preferential customer support treatment; special pricing (50%+ off the first year); free onboarding and personnel training; a featured case study and marketing exposure (with your approval of the content); and the opportunity to help shape the roadmap.

3. What we ask of you

Use ToolBerry Pro for real work; a monthly feedback call (about 30 minutes); willingness to be featured as a case study; and honest input on the roadmap.

4. Pricing and term

Pilot pricing is set per business (never per user) in your order form, at 50%+ off the first-year price. After the first year you may continue at the then-current price or walk away — no long-term lock-in.

5. Your data

Your business data remains yours. You may export it at any time, during or after the pilot. If you leave, your data leaves with you.

6. Guarantee

The pilot is covered by the ToolBerry Pro Satisfaction Guarantee (90-day refund plus capped migration-cost coverage) — see its dedicated terms page.

7. The formal agreement

This page is a plain-language summary. The executed pilot agreement (based on industry-standard design-partner terms) governs; nothing here creates obligations beyond it.
