How to create a cleaning invoice
Everything you type in the form above shows up in the preview right away. When it looks right, print it or save it as a PDF and send it to your client.
- Start with your business details: name, phone and email. Clients who book a cleaner through a neighbor often have nothing else to go on.
- Add the client's name and the address you cleaned. For rentals, offices and move-outs, the service address may not match where the bill goes.
- Give the invoice a number and date. A simple sequence like 1001, 1002, 1003 makes it easy to look up a past visit.
- Upload your logo if you have one. It is kept in this browser and prints on the document, and the same logo is there on every generator page.
- List the base clean as the first line. For recurring service, set the quantity to the number of visits in the billing period.
- Add each extra as its own line: inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, laundry, deep clean, pet hair. Set each line's type, labor or materials, so the printed invoice separates the work from what you bought.
- If you bring your own supplies and bill for them, add them as a materials line.
- Put your payment terms and accepted payment methods in the notes, then print or save as a PDF.
